I Want To Hug So Much

I feel your cold hand running slowly over my skin,
and your chest on my chest and your nakedness.
I already forget reproaches which I imagined.
Come with me to orchard that the roses is wanting to see
the promise which you have broken to come back and therefore  believing what I told them.

I told that I loved you as nothing else ever around the world.
I'd follow your steps, your walk as a wolf in heat from my home
with the door wide open.
I had our corner in darkness in that living room with two cutlery and your song and with your flowers in the vase.

I feel your warm hand which kiss my skin bit by bit and your arms catchs me today as yesterday, I believe again in this new day.
Come with me to port that there is a boat in the jetty with your name painted drying in the sun, with your hand carved next the helm.

You know that I loved you as....

I want to hug you so much with my senses, with so much love that there is no sound else
that our voice and my body in yours below.
And I will walk on the land as a pilgrim looking for God
and I will have your lap, your understanding
and a little house for the two of us.

  1. I Want to Hug(2) YOU So Much

I feel your cold hand running slowly over my skin,
and your chest on my chest and your nakedness.
I already forget reproaches which I imagined.
Come with me to THE orchard that the roses ARE wanting to see
the promise which you have broken to come back, and therefore believE what I told them.

I SAID that I loved you LIKE nothing else ever around the world.
I'd follow your steps, your walk LIKE a wolf in heat from my home
    with the door wide open.
I had our corner in darkness in that living room with two PLACE SETTINGS(1) and your song and with your flowers in the vase.

I feel your warm hand which kissES my skin bit by bit and your arms catcH me today as yesterday, I believe again in this new day.
Come with me to port WHERE there is a boat in the jetty with your name painted drying in the sun, with your hand carved next TO the helm.

You know that I loved you as....

I want to hug you so much with my senses, with so much love that there is no sound BESIDES our voice
and my body in yours below.
And I will walk on the land as a pilgrim looking for A [g]od
and I will have your lap, your understanding
and a little house for the two of us.

    (1) I'm not sure, but I think this is the better translation. "Cutlery" is a non-countable noun.
    (2) "Hug" is OK, but it is a little less intimate than what this song is about. "To hold" or "to embrace" implies a little more intimacy. "To hold you in my arms" would also often be used in this context.

  2. In this sentence "a pilgrim looking for A [g]od" I meant the main god of Christians, Wouldn't be it with capital letter?

  3. Yes, with that intention, you were correct.
