Welcome message

I'm cleaning up the site a bit... Here is the welcome message in English:

Welcome to Scribblando. This is a collaborative blog of language learners. If you are a Spanish-speaking student of English, or an English-speaking student of Spanish, this site is for you. We write short passages in the languages we are learning, and receive comments and corrections from other authors who are native speakers. It's a great way to practice and learn.

If you are interested in participating, we'd love to have you. Simply send a request via email to scribblando@gmail.com, and you can be scribblando with us very soon.

and here is my attempt to translate it:

Bienvenido a Scribblando. Este es un blog colaborativo para aprendices de idiomas. Si eres un estudiante hispanohablante de inglés, o un estudiante angloparlante de español, este sitio es para ti. Creamos escritos cortos en los idiomas que aprendimos, y recibimos comentarios y correcciones desde otros autores que son hablantes nativos. Es una gran manera de practicar y aprender.

Si te interesa participar, nos encantaría que te una a nosotros. Simplemente envía una pedida por correo electrónico a scribblando@gmail.com, y puedes estar scribblando con nosotros prontísimo.

Can someone correct this before I change the welcome message? It would be good for it look like the work of a native speaker, so don't hesitate to change it a lot!
