The New Archbishop of Valencia

No, it isn't the crowning of a king, neither it's a picture of a medium-age film, it is the catholic appointment procedure of the new archbishop of Valencia in the 21th century.

It is a real anachronism, for those who know a lot of Theology, I ask:

is it a power and wealth demonstration?

what means this show of ostentation, flaunting and arrogance?

Is it the way that Christ taught us to live?

Did Jesus come in to Israel as a king?

We will have to learn how bowing for when we see the honourable archbishop.:)

"Anachronism" is the perfect word for it. The Church has to learn to hold on to Tradition, what it has received from Christ, while letting go of some traditions, mere customs that make it appear out of touch and send the wrong messages to the world.
