Since You Have Gone

(lyrics sung by several singers)
Now and in silence I want to cry my crying.

Since you've gone, since you've left
my hands have cold due not to have your hands.

Since you've gone, since you've left me
I am only the shadow of that who you has loved,
and in my little garden of dreams and hope
there is a word about  winter in myself, my love,
without you I have nothing.

Since you've gone, since I've stayed
at our own home, it is that something lacking in me,
I don't know if it is the air, I don't know if it is the light,
but when I look at everything, my love, I feel that I miss you.
If from your tender lips I drank all my singing
Now and in silence...

    (1) I think "a rumor of winter" would be better, and I don't know why you wrote "in myself".

  2. (1) rumor is not in my dictionary, but rumour is.
I think(but i'm not sure) that in the sentence "hay un rumor de invierno" it refers to "invierno"="sentimental crisis" then I put winter in myself

  3. "Rumor" is the American (correct) way of spelling it. :-)
