As all of you know, in Spain we are going throught a serious and a big economical crisis. Each more time there is more unemployment. The worst of this problem is that there is a lot of young people with good qualifications and they don't find a job. Most of them have to look for a job abroad, but not everybody can do it. The language is a serious problem. But now, most of the young people are learning foreign languages such us German, French, Chinese, Japanese.... looking for a chance. Not only we can find the unemployment betwen young people but also in older people. And in this group of people we find big problems.mortgages, loans, children in the university, children looking for a job .....
Yesterday a new movement called 25S was born with the finality of asking for our politicians new actions to stop this situation. Our politicians have a lot of rights but none of them want to resign them. They say that they understand people in the street, but the don't leave their rights, their salaries, cars , laptops, .... all of them paid for spaniards.
Now our Prime Minister is in NY, and this movement appears there to claim the same .... but I wonder .... Will we change our country? Will we have the chance of giving our own opinion? I don't know. Words and Actions but never Violence. If you ask me if I am an indignant ... I don't know but I want to contribute to change my country, to help in it development.
:-) I'm happy that I could understand them.

Where are you from Juan Pablo?

Well done, Javier.
economical = ahorrativo
When in the spanish society, we are suffer a lot of cuts ( increasing taxes, cuts in education, in health ....) and you see new airports stopped because they don't have got any activity .... What do you think? Our politicians have a big salary, some of them for all their life, upper than the normal salaries. If we, the citizens are suffering why not they? Our constitituion says : All we are sames. But in this case not. They have a loto of privileges that the rest of the citizens haven't got. New airports, new roads ..... Do you know what there is behing this infrastructure? commisions, money and do you know who receives that money? Politicians. They have to change and they are who must act first.. It's only my opinion. There will have good and bad politicians. Did you know, that in Spain there is more officials cars than in USA? Think about it....

DeleteVery good. I hope I inspired you to write more English without making you more indignant! :-)
