Hi
everybody! I’m happy to be here writing on the blog. First of all, I want to thank Matt for having invited
me to join this project, I think it is an excellent tool to improve our writing
skills in the language we are learning. Now, let me tell you a little bit about
me.
My name is Mauricio Olvera, I'm from Mexico City and I turned 20 last
June. I’m studying Telecommunications Engineering at UNAM, where I will start
the fifth semester next Monday. I like reading and writing. I remember when I
was in high school I used to devote most of mi time writing short fiction
stories, but now things have changed a lot because I scarcely have time to do
that. I also like playing soccer, sport in which I play as goalkeeper. On the
other hand, I don’t know how to cook and dance, but I would like to learn in a
near future.
