Starting Tomorrow

Starting tomorrow, I will start living the half of my life.
Starting tomorrow, I will start dying the half of my death
Starting tomorrow, I will start returning from my one-way trip

Starting tomorrow, I will start measuring every stroke of luck
Starting tomorrow, I will start living a healthier life
In other words, starting tomorrow, I will start rolling through better paths,
cigarettes better and also why not, the best apples,
the best fun and, on the table, the best of the wines.

Until today, I was only what I am, "a Quijote learner"
I was able to fight and even to win sometimes without losing my moustache
Now, I must think that the bells can't stop to sound,
although I have to do, more things than today,
Starting tomorrow.

if starting tomorrow, I would decide living the half of my death
or starting tomorrow, I would decide dying the half of my life.
Starting tomorrow, I should accept that I am not the strongest,
that I neither have courage nor shame to hide my deep wounds.

if starting tomorrow, I would decide living a quiet life
and I would stop to be a dreamer to be a serious man,
then tomorow, everyone might say me: "your own battery was over,
you have left without energy, you are brave no longer, your mystery is over".

although I have to do, more things than today,
    Starting tomorrow.

if starting tomorrow, I would decide TO(4) livE the half of my death
or starting tomorrow, I would decide TO dIE the half of my life.
Starting tomorrow, I should accept that I am not the strongest,

you have BEEN left without energy, you are brave no longer, your mystery is over".

    (1) perfect word choice
    (2) This is not an expression that I know.
    (3) to stop doing = dejar de hacer
to stop to do = detenerse para hacer
    (4) We always "decide TO" do something.

  2. (2) me neither :). I have to be more careful with the infinitives, the problem is that each verb has their own rules. Thanks

  3. I have to remember that it is "soler nadar" but "aprender A nadar", for example.
