I went to the cinema yesterday, it was the well known movie "Exodus" made by the same director than "Gladiator". It is a movie with a great amount of special effects and a strong realism, you can feel the real violence from the own battlefield and how the slaves were treated in Egypt. It is the Moses history from his birthday to when he cross the red sea. God appears in the movie, he is a vindictive god and who destroys the Egypt power in a direct way by plagues and an extreme weather, a god too present to defend his people in comparison to nowadays. Probably the movie is made from Jewish point of view. At least I don't feel that he is my god.Probably too many dead and blood. It is also possible to see the new film techniques to watch the city and homes from a high point to homes inside, besides the huge egyptian architecture.I know a person called Ramses, after watching the movie, it is the worst name to call to a person. :)

Regarding "than" and "as", I don't know the rule, but I'll make it up now (ja ja):
ReplyDeleteFor equality and sameness, use "as". For differences, use "than".
Now let's see if it works:
