I Am Leaving

Because you couldn't understand my heart,
that one that there was in it,
because you hadn't the courage to see who I am,
because you don't listen the one who is so near you,
you just listen the noise outside,
and me who I stay aside, I am vanishing for you.
I am not going to cry and say that I don't deserve this,
because It is probably that I deserve but I don't want it,
for this reason, I am leaving.
what a pity but bye bye, I am telling good bye.

Because I know something better is waiting to me,
someone who can give me love,
that one that sweetens the salt and makes the sun rises.
I thought that I would never leave you,
your love is very good of all life,
but I learnt it isn't enough for both...

  1. Because you couldn't understand my heart,
    WHAT there was in it,
because you hadn't the courage to see who I am,
because you don't listen TO the one who is so near you,
you just listen TO the noise outside,
and [] I stay aside, I am vanishing for you.

I am not going to cry and say that I don't deserve this,
because it is probablE that I deserve IT but I don't want it,
for this reason, I am leaving.

what a pity but bye bye, I am telling YOU goodbye.

Because I know something better is waiting FOR me,
someone who can give me love,
THE KIND that sweetens the salt and makes the sun risE.
I thought that I would never leave you,
THAT your love is FROM THE good of all life,
but I learnt it isn't enough for both OF US..

  3. It's the infinitive, without the "to":
It's the kind of love that makes the sun rise.
    His jokes made her laugh.
The bad weather made him shorten his vacation.

With other similar verbs we include the "to":
It's the kind of love that causes the sun to rise.
His jokes impelled her to laugh.
The bad weather persuaded him to shorten his vacation.

I don't know why we treat "make" differently.

  4. I understood, thank you. it is the known problem of the Spanish subjuntive.
it makes the sun rise=hace que el sol se levante/levantarse.
Actually I didn't realize you used infinitive form while I used Spanish subjuntive form.
I know that make, help and let don't use "to" besides of modal verbs. I don't know if there is any more.

  5. Now I've learned something. I had no idea that "make", "help", and "let" were special in this way.
